Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our network of trusted suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–25 business days
- South Africa: 10–30 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 14–35 business days
Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
